Europe’s defence needs a factory floor.
Kirnis Defence is building sovereign manufacturing and R&D capacity for Europe, starting with prototyping and composites in Lithuania.
Europe is rearming faster than it can build.
- 01
Critical materials and components for drones and interceptors are still sourced from outside Europe.
- 02
Defence budgets across Europe are rising, but manufacturing capacity has not kept pace.
- 03
Lithuania sits on NATO’s eastern flank, where the need is most immediate.
Manufacturing and R&D, built up from the material.
We start where setup is fastest and the gap is sharpest: 3D-printed prototyping, moving into composite manufacturing for unmanned and interceptor systems. From there we add precision parts and injection moulding, then grow into full manufacturing support and research across product lines, with an EEA-only supply chain throughout.
Three phases. One direction.
- 01Now
From prototyping to composites
We start with 3D printing, the fastest and leanest way in, then move into composite manufacturing: vacuum infusion, oven-cured prepreg and pressed plates in carbon, glass and aramid.
- 02
Part manufacturing
CNC-machined precision parts with an established Lithuanian machining partner, plus in-house injection moulding, including overmoulded composite inserts.
- 03
Expansion
Further product lines and further production sites, growing into full manufacturing support and R&D.
Software runs through every phase: we build digital production, traceability and quality data in from the first part.
Build it with us.
